Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged product: report within 14 days of receipt with supporting photos
• Wrong item sent: product differs from what was ordered
• Significant misdescription: major difference from the product listing
